Angus Beauty Concepts

Situated in Causeway Bay, Angus Beauty Concepts is a medical Beauty in Centre.  Established in 2008, the company provides facial treatments, body massages and medical beauty injection services such as Botox and Restylane.

Objective
With heavy competition in the industry, Angus Beauty Concept came to PRDA looking for comprehensive online marketing.  For 2 years, ABC has published editorials in the most popular female publications (Jessica, More etc) via PR companies but the feedback has been very limited.  Walk-ins are non-existent especially since they are located on the 22nd floor in a commercial building.  Most of their existing clientele is by word of mouth while a few leads were actually generated via forum reecommendations.  Therefore, conversation management is a main emphasis in ABC’s social media strategy.

PRDA created content and maintained the following:

  • Forum posting and engagment
    • Average of 400+ forum posts per month
    • 16000+ views per month
    • Generated 494 clickbacks to Facebook
    • Generated 749 clickbacks to Offical Website
  • Bog posting
    • writing and posting 2 blogs per month
    • engaging local beauty and mommy bloggers to write about Brand

    • editing and submitting 1 social media release per month on promotional items
